Redispersible Polymer Powder (RDP) is a spray-dried redispersible emulsion powder designed for the construction industry to enhance the properties of dry mortar blends. It reacts with hydrate products of cement or gypsum and fillers to form a composite membrane with high mechanical intensity.

RDP improves critical application properties such as longer opening time, better adhesion to difficult substrates, lower water consumption, and enhanced abrasion and impact resistance.

Our production facilities utilize state-of-the-art horizontal reaction kettles and a DCS control center. This automates the entire process from feeding and metering to temperature and pressure monitoring, ensuring consistent quality across all batches.

With a production capacity reaching 35,000 tons, our portfolio includes Methyl Cellulose (MC), Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose (HPMC), and Latex Powder series.
