VAE RDP Manufacturing Process
Redispersible Polymer Powder (VAE RDP) is produced through emulsion polymerization of monomers like vinyl acetate and ethylene. The aqueous dispersion is transformed into a free-flowing powder via spray drying. When mixed with water, it redisperses into its original emulsion, enhancing adhesion, flexibility, and performance in dry-mix mortars and adhesives.
