Redispersible Polymer Powder (RDP) is spray dried re-dispersible polymer emulsion latex powder, designed for the construction industry to enhance the properties of dry mortar blends. It is able to redisperse in water and react with hydrate products of cement or gypsum and stuffing to form a composite membrane with high mechanical intensity.
It improves the important application properties of dry mortars, such as longer opening time, better adhesion with difficult substrates, and lower water consumption.

Key Properties: Redispersible Polymer Powder RDP can improve adhesion, strength in bending, abrasion resistance, and de-formability. It has good rheology and water retention, increasing the sag resistance of tile adhesives and creating putty with excellent non-slump properties.
Special Features: RDP has no effect on rheological properties and is a low-emissions, general-purpose powder in the medium Tg range. It is eminently suitable for formulating compounds of high ultimate strength.
