Redispersible Polymer Powder (VAE RDP) is produced through controlled emulsion polymerization of monomers such as vinyl acetate and ethylene. The aqueous dispersion is transformed into a free-flowing powder via spray drying. When re-mixed with water, it redisperses into its original emulsion state, providing superior adhesion and flexibility in dry-mix mortars.
RDP is packed in paper-plastic composite bags with a net weight of 25 kg.
